The Intrust Super Team
At Intrust Super, our dedicated Client Service team is committed
to helping our members and employers get the most out of their
superannuation. We also have a team of super specialists who look
after a variety of in-house functions including risk
management, compliance, marketing and communication and
investment management.
Brendan O'Farrell - Chief Executive Officer

Brendan joined Intrust Super in May 2005 as Chief Executive
Officer and is responsible for the overall management of the fund
and providing advice to the Board of Directors. He
passionately believes education is critical in super due to the
ever changing nature of the industry.
"At Intrust Super, we are constantly challenged with finding
innovative ways to inform our members about the benefits of
superannuation. Our goal is to help members understand the
importance super will play in their lives and to feel in control of
its growth."
Brendan has worked in the superannuation industry for more than
20 years in various roles including General Manager positions with
corporate and government funds. He is also a current Board
Director of the Sisters of Mercy Staff Superannuation Scheme.
Brendan holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA),
Diploma of Superannuation Management (Dip SM) and is a Fellow of
the Association of Superannuation Funds Australia (FASFA).
Our Client Service team:
Karen Prins - Head of Client Service and Sales

Karen joined Intrust Super in 2003 as a Client Service
Manager and is now Head of Client Service and Sales. In this
role, Karen is responsible for client relationship management,
member education and business development.
Before joining Intrust Super, Karen worked in a variety of roles
including industrial relations, which exposed her to a wide range
of issues impacting the superannuation industry.
Her academic qualifications include a Diploma of Financial
Services (Financial Planning), RG146 certification and a
Certificate IV in Training and Workplace Assessment. Karen is
currently completing an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services
(Financial Planning).

John Curtin - Business Development Manager

John joined Intrust Super in 2009 as Business Development
Manager for the Clubs sector. John brings over 20 years of
experience in the superannuation and financial services industries
in various client relationship and business development roles.
John has completed both the Diploma and Advanced Diploma of
Financial Services (Financial Planning) and is RG146
certified.

Niaomi Foster - Client Services Manager Far North Qld

Niaomi is our Client Services Manager for Far North QLD,
responsible for relationship management, member education, business
development and administration for the Cairns, Townsville and
Mackay regions. Niaomi brings a wealth of experience in tourism,
marketing and client relationship management.
She has a Diploma of Tourism - Marketing and Product Development
and a Diploma of Tourism - Operations Management and is RG146
certified.

Nanita Le Muth - Client Services Manager,
Southern Region

As Client Services Manager, Nanita's focus is helping our
members understand and get the most out of their
superannuation.
Nanita has four years' experience in the superannuation
industry. She has a Diploma of Financial Services (Superannuation)
and is RG146 certified.
Wayne Rogers - Client Services Manager,
Northern Region

With more than 11 years' experience in the superannuation
industry, particularly in the area of administration management,
Wayne is a valuable member of the Intrust Super team.
Wayne has a Diploma of Superannuation Management and an
Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Superannuation) and is
RG146 certified.
Lorien Loomes - Client Services Manager, Club Specialist

Lorien is the newest member of the Intrust Super team, having
joined us as Client Service Manager specialising in the Clubs
sector in August 2011. Lorien has been involved in the
superannuation industry for more than 15 years, most recently as a
member education representative, and has also held roles in
insurance and corporate super.
Her academic qualifications include a Diploma of Financial
Services (Financial Planning), RG146 certification and a
Certificate IV in Training and Workplace Assessment.
