Intrust Super is staffed by a team of dedicated super professionals.  Our team is here to help you, our members and employers with your super questions and queries. We look after a variety of functions in-house which include; risk management, compliance, account management, new business development, marketing and communication, and investment management to name a few.
Here's a brief profile of each of our team members.

Brendan O'Farrell - Chief Executive Officer

Brendan joined Intrust Super in May 2005 as Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the overall management of the Fund and provision of advice to the Board of Directors.  He passionately believes education is critical in super due to the ever changing nature of the industry. "At Intrust Super we are constantly challenged with finding innovative ways to inform our members about the benefits of super. Our goal is to help members understand the importance super will play in their lives, and to feel in control of its growth."

Brendan has worked in the superannuation industry for 20 years in various roles including General Manager positions with Corporate and Government Funds.  He is also a current Board Director of the Sisters of Mercy Staff Superannuation Scheme.

Brendan holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Diploma of Superannuation Management (Dip SM) and is a Fellow of the Association of Superannuation Funds Australia (FASFA).

Our Client Service team:

John Curtin - Business Development Manager, Southern Region

John joins the Intrust Super team in his role as Business Development Manager - Southern Region, which encompasses the area south and south west of Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Northern NSW and Sydney.. John brings over 20 years of experience in the superannuation and financial services industries in various client relationship and business development roles.

John has successfully completed both the Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and is PS 146 Certified.

Camilla von Pfyffer - Business Development Manager, Northern Region

Camilla has joined Intrust as Business Development Manager for the Brisbane northern region  which encompasses the areas north of Brisbane,  the Sunshine and Central Coasts as well as Victoria. Camilla joins Intrust Super after a number of years in retail financial planning, business coaching and practice development.  She has extensive experience in financial services through her work with the Securities Institute and senior management roles with financial planning licensees, and brings this knowledge and experience of the industry to the business and relationship development areas of her current role.

Camilla holds a Bachelor of Commerce (HR and Law double majors), a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning), is a Senior Associate of Finsia, a Chartered Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety, is a Justice of the Peace (Qualified). She is currently completing her Master of Employment Relations.

Niaomi McSwiney - Far North Qld Client Services Manager

Niaomi joins the Intrust Super team in Cairns in her role of Client Services Manager - North QLD. Niaomi brings a wealth of experience in Tourism, Marketing and Client Relationship Management. She currently holds a Diploma in Tourism - Marketing and Product Development and a Diploma of Tourism - Operations Management. Niaomi is currently completing her PS146 certification. Niaomi is working with Karen in the areas of client relationship management, member education, business development and administration for the Cairns, Townsville and Mackay regions.
