Awards / Workplace Agreements

Most industrial awards and similar workplace agreements include a requirement for an employer to make super contributions for the benefit of their employees.  This sometimes includes naming the fund where employer contributions must be paid. Awards may also permit your employees to choose their own super fund. Basically this means that they are covered by the Government’s Choice of Superannuation Fund laws.
