Your Obligations

As an employer there are certain obligations that need to be met by law in regard to your employee’s super entitlements.  Generally employer contributions are made as a result of the Superannuation Guarantee (SG) laws or an Industrial Award / Workplace agreement. We also take a look at your obligations as an employer under the Choice of Fund law introduced in July 2005.
