How do I make a super choice?
How do I make a choice?
If you are able to make a choice, your employer must give you a Standard Choice Form within 28 days of you starting work with that employer.
Use section B of The Standard Choice Form, to nominate your chosen fund. It will also show the name of the default fund, which is sometimes called the employer fund, and will be the fund your contributions will be paid to if you don’t make a choice.
If your employer is using Intrust Super as the default fund, you don’t need to do anything - you don't even have to return the Standard Choice Form.
If your employer is not using Intrust Super as the default fund, you will need to nominate Intrust Super in Part B of the form.
Click here to download the Standard Choice Form that’s already been completed with Intrust Super’s details. You just have to complete your details, sign it and give it to your employer.
While you don’t have to make a choice, if you don’t your employer will choose for you. It’s your super, and it’s important you choose a super fund that may perform well for you to help you build your retirement savings in a cost-effective environment.
