Download, print and complete a Membership Application
Form (in the 'Forms' section of each PDS):
For Core Super and Executive Super - Complete a
Membership Application Form and give it to your employer.
For Select Super and Super Stream - Complete
the Membership Application and send it to us at Intrust Super, GPO
Box 1416, Brisbane QLD 4001.
3. Transfer your other superannuation account(s) and you may
save on fees!
Transferring your other superannuation account(s) to
Intrust Super is easy. Simply complete our Online Super Transfer Form
and send it back to us, together with a certified copy of your ID.
