How do I consolidate my superannuation?

Consolidating your superannuation is easy - simply complete our Online Super Transfer Form and send it back to us, together with a certified copy of your ID. We'll do the rest!

By completing the online form and entering your tax file number, we'll automatically search for any lost superannuation accounts you may have through the ATO's SuperSeeker database.

Remember to check any exit fees and changes to insurance cover before closing any accounts.
