Your Member Statement contains important information about your savings – make sure you review your statement as soon as it becomes available. This year, Member Statements will be hitting inboxes and mailboxes in September. Here are some tips to help you access your statement as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Activate your MemberAccess account

If you haven’t activated your MemberAccess account yet, do it now! The process is simple and quick. All you need is your Intrust Super Member Number which is on most email or paper correspondence you’ve received from us – alternatively email info@intrust.com.au or call 132 467 and ask for your Member Number.

Your interactive Member Statement AND your official Member Statement will appear FIRST in your MemberAccess account – that’s why it’s so important to activate it! Once activated, you’ll also be able to access all the benefits of MemberAccess:

  • view your balance and insurance cover
  • view and update beneficiaries
  • choose your investment options and update your details
  • access our free online digital advice tool, Super Blueprint.

Update your details

It’s super important we have an up to date email address and mobile number for you. We only ever contact you regarding important matters about your account, and these details help us do that. To make sure we have a correct contact details for you, log in to MemberAccess and navigate to Personal Details under the Member tab. You should also update your communication preferences to make sure you’ll receive your statement electronically (not by post). Just email info@intrust.com.au or call 132 467 if you’re unsure about updating your details.

Keep an eye on emails and texts from Intrust Super

As soon as your Member Statement is ready, we’ll send you an email, an SMS or both. Keep an eye on your inbox! It’s also a good idea to look in your email inbox for any previous emails from Intrust Super – make sure they’ve been opened. This helps keep them out of your spam filter. If Intrust Super emails are already caught in your spam filter, flag them as important content.

Haven’t received an email?

If you don’t receive an email about your Member Statement in September, you can log in to MemberAccess any time to see if your Statement is available – just click the Member Statement banner on your MemberAccess dashboard page.

If you’ve never received an email from Intrust Super, check your contact details on MemberAccess as outlined above. You can also call us on 132 467, or email us at info@intrust.com.au.
